We Are Surely Gonna Miss These Things In New Year 2021

2020 had been one of its kind and now it’s time to welcome the New Year 2021. 2020 was like going through a wave of different emotions—we laughed, we cried, we were amused, as well as thrilled. We have also captured some of the best memories, isn’t it? Even though we look forward to the New Year 2021 with much excitement and thrill, we are going to miss some prominent things from 2020 as we move ahead. What are they? Let’s roll our eyes through the list mentioned below.

1. Game of Thrones

Surely, we gonna miss this most-loved series, keeping aside the annoyance they brought with the final episode. The reign can be peacefully enjoyed by Bran, being trapped in 2019.

2. Instagram likes

This was a shock for many and the intention is also quite relevant. The company had sought to do this trying to make social media a safer place for youngsters and teenagers, who get influenced by it easily and driven into unwanted acts. However, somewhere the self-centered side mulls over the “social relevance.” Nevertheless, while welcoming 2020, we will try to settle our minds with the fact that one can still see who has liked your photos instead of the number.

3. Tribeca DXB

The shutdown of Tribeca is an entirely different level of pain. It is hard to say goodbye to a restaurant that had grabbed some great reviews about it and the closure during summer was actually a shock for many. It was deemed to be a home for New Yorkers who were away from home. All we can hope it to be a temporary closure. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.

Sadly, it witnessed low ad sales and engagement. Google+, the social media experiment by Google, was shut down in April.

5. Taylor Swift and Katy Perry Feud

Katy made clear that their path to squaring off started when in 2018 she sent “and a note apologizing for my part in all of it” as Swift set out on her Reputation stadium tour.
