Xiaomi Unlocked Its 1000th Service Center In Hyderabad
Xiaomi introduced in India its 1000th service center this week in Hyderabad. The firm has service centers distributed all over 600 cities. The firm also declared 500 authorized service centers for Mi TVs all over the country.
In June last year, Xiaomi had rolled in Bengaluru out its 500th official service center. Since then the firm claims that it has seen 100% development in its service center programs, earning a CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) rate of 86% with an industry FFR (Field Failure Rate) at no more than 50% of the industry. In addition to this, the after sales team of Xiaomi recorded TAT (Turn Around Time) with 95% cases solved in 4 Hour repair time and a standard of 84% cases saw their problems solved in only 2 Hour repair time.

On a related note, Xiaomi earlier declared MIUI 10 and Redmi Y2 in Hyderabad. Redmi Y2 is a handset with 12MP + 5MP dual rear cameras and a 16MP AI selfie camera. The dual cameras showcase portrait photography. Fueled by octa-core Snapdragon 625 chip from Qualcomm, the handset provides a full screen display and is obtainable in 4 GB + 64 GB and 3 GB + 32 GB versions. It has an introductory price tag of Rs 9,999 and is accessible on Amazon, Mi.com, and Mi Home shops.
